    great for couples looking for a show stopper, a cake so special that it speaks directly to the couple. any size, shape, texture, or color. we work closely with you, drawing inspo from color palettes, invites, dress, or pinterest.

THE PROCESS

  • please read the services page and decide what might be best for you. then fill out the contact from to get more info on date availability. its ok if you’re unsure, just inquire and we’ll help you figure out what might be best for your event.

  • If we’re available we’ll email you a link to schedule a consultation/tasting. It’s here that we’ll make sure we’re a great fit. I’ll address all of your questions and concerns. And I’ll ask questions to discover more about who you are and what you’re into.​​​​​​ Then I’ll create a custom proposal tailored to you!

  • I send you home with four mini cakes: chocolate cake + salted caramel, white butter cake + lemon curd + berries (seasonal), carrot cake + toffee crunch and one of your choosing. Then, you can sample our cake and 'judge' in private. Within one week, let us know what you think!

  • After the tasting/consult I’ll send a follow up email with a recap and link to secure the date. For three tiers or more I require a $400 non-refundable deposit and a signed contact. Two tiers/single tiers/and celebration cakes are required to be ordered online here.

  • For 3 tiers or more, we’ll chat all your options during the consult. I feed off your energy, personality, and ideas. Then, using inspiration from your invitation, dress, Pinterest boards, and photos, I'll design a cake that personally and beautifully represents you and your day. I’ll reach out one month prior to your event to start the finalizing process.

  • I'll ensure every important detail is communicated and taken care of, one month prior to your event. So you DON’T have to worry. You can expect reliable and consistent service from our first meeting until your cake is delivered {on time}, staged {flawlessly}, and enjoyed by you and your guests {fully}.

  • Our prices are set to accommodate the use of local ingredients and the fact that we are a 100% made from scratch bakery. Everything is made fresh, never frozen, by a two person staff to maintain quality over quantity. We are not a high volume production bakery, a lot of love goes into every cake! See approximate pricing at the top of this page.

    Our pricing is based on many factors that allows for longevity in our business and provide high quality goods and services.

  • 1-3 months for single tier/two tier cakes. 6-9 months for three tiers or more. or as soon as you know your date and venue feel free to start the inquiry process.

  • Yes. To secure the date for three tiers (or more) we require a $400 deposit and a signed contract. To secure the date for single/two tiers we don’t require a contract but we do require the order to be paid in full.

  • Delivery is only available for three tiers or more. Free within 15 min radius of the bakery, anything further than that is subject to a delivery fee. Single tiers and two tiers are required to be picked up.

  • Fresh flowers are to be supplied by the florist. Either the florist or Dream Cakes will place them on the cake at the venue. Please be sure to communicate with both the florist & us about floral placement. We do offer sugar flowers, which needs to be discussed 3-4 months prior to your date.

  • SINGLE TIER - your cake stand will need to be at least 2" or bigger than the diameter you choose, for example, if you order a 6" cake, your stand will need to be at least 8" or bigger.

    TWO TIERS - your cake stand will need to be at least 10" or bigger, regardless of diameter size.

    THREE TIERS or more - depends on your final size, please ask before buying anything. I also have cake stands available for rent ($100 with $40 refund once returned)!
